Pacific Crest Partners, LLC was formed to combine the skills and experience of its principals to professionally plan and develop quality real estate projects.  The owner/members average more than 25 years of experience in virtually all the areas that comprise a successful development company: acquisition, sales, leasing, planning, permitting, design, development, construction, finance, accounting, law, and property management.  With these skills the Company can plan and execute nearly all aspects of real estate business in-house.  The Company uses quality outside professionals to consult in areas where outside expertise is needed.

Pacific Crest Partners is comprised of two members: Bob Libolt and the Potts Family Investment Company- Leopard Bow, LLC, represented by Tim Potts and Ethan Potts.

Pacific Crest Partners’ principals take a direct, active role in all aspects of its projects to provide thoughtful strategies and solutions to real estate opportunities and issues.  The Company brings a high level of professionalism, integrity and expertise to every project it is involved with.
